Dan Frith as been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over twenty-five years. He limits his practice to litigation of medical negligence cases, wrongful-death litigation, and business tort claims. Dan has represented clients throughout Virginia in both state and federal courts, authored numerous publications and is a frequent speaker for continuing legal education programs for other trial attorneys. Dan is a recognized member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum due to the results of his diligent work for his clients.

Lauren Ellerman joined Dan's Roanoke practice in 2006. Prior to living and practicing in Roanoke, she worked for a general practice firm in Leesburg, Virginia for 2 years. Lauren is a Northern Virginia native but loves living in South West Virginia. She is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and obtained her juris doctorate at the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, graduating cum laude in 2004. Lauren has handled numerous non-compete, non-solicitation, and other business tort claims and works tirelessly to protect the interests of her clients. Outside of the office, Lauren is married, and involved with both church and charitable organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Roanoke Rescue Mission, Roanoke Area Ministries and Interfaith Hospitality Network.
